Restless is a moody, dark, alternative r&B track that explores themes of isolation, intrusive thoughts, inability to center, and inconsistent mood. The first half of the track is settled on a very busy horn sample (from the incredibly talented Brandon Woody) that provides a sonic background for the type of almost chaotic but sedated motion that the song embodies.
